Rule Abiding - His life's motto is 'Live by the book and nothing will falter.' This motto was derived from his fathers loose cannon ways which ended up getting him banished and killed by the leaders. That day set the tone and rules he followed for the rest of his life.
Compassionate - Although he is strict and follows the rules to the tee, he does show compassion and mercy to those indeed if it doesn't conflict directly with the law.
Shameful - A deep shame plagues Hogosha which in turn causes him to get very defensive of his family. A lack of strength and not living up to the expectations set by the family gave him the burden of shame he now bears.
Fears - Hogosha has little fear in his life. With only two substances he fears. The first fear he has is that of blood which is why he has not trained in a form of combat which draws it. The second fear he has is called Taphophobia - it is the fear of being buried alive or trapped in a cave with no way out. This does not mean he is scared of small places though as he doesn't mind being locked in a cupboard for example/
Defender - Hogosha's name literally means guardian and this is reflective of his own personality. He would lay his life down and push through any injury and wound to help preserve the lives of his team mates.
Loving - Hogosha tries as hard as he can to not to mix his personal and professional life, even though he does have a crush on one of his team mates.
Loyal - Hogosha is loyal to the village and not the Kagé. Saying this though his team leader is the kagé and if the kage would make a decision that would harm the village he would speak out and if needed attack him.
Reserved - Unless the issue is directly against the laws of the village or land, Hogosha tends to keep his opinions to himself. His being reserved stems mainly from his hidden shame of being a non working hyuuga.
Determined - His determination can be a bit over bearing at times. Even if a critically wounded he will push through it as far as possible to the point of death if he has to in order to complete his task.
Mature - Hogosha is mature and intelligent above his years. Due to this he has been given a job working directly for the village and even given a spot in the kagé's own team.
W [/size][/color] Appearance W[/size][/color][/center] Eyes - The eye's for Hogosha are his key features. By this he means he has one normal and natural grey coloured eye. The other however has been removed by a ritual and trained up via seal and hard work. Covering his removed eye is a black eye patch to protect his eye slot and ritualized socket. His other eye was a natural pure white, like that of the hyuuga's however he was unable to unlock and use the Hyuuga techniques such as the Byakugan from birth like his siblings. On his working right eye he often is wearing a golden contact lense to hide the fact he is a hyuuga with no bakugan as of yet.
Hair - His spiky ashen blue hair naturally stands on its own. It is roughly two inches long and is rather thick and if not spiky would be described as bushy. Through his hair he often has hints of white or grey hair which makes him seem older and more dignified than a majority of others his age.
Skin - His skin is blemish free and completely natural with no fake tan or anything. His skin can be quite pasty and this will show off the tattoo on his arms more. The tattoo's on his arm are in Kanji for his motto ' Live by the book and nothing will falter.' Recently he has gained a new tattoo which signifies his entry into the clan of Li. The tattoo is in the shape of a flattened white lotus flower and around it is a black circled ring. Although not often shown it. he wears it with pride for entering into the prestigious clan.
Body Structure - Being a more sensory type ninja he doesn't have a built up and bulky body. He has worked hard to get his body into the most physically fit form he can get it into, his arms and abs have been worked into definition. Along with the rest of his body he strengthened his legs up with constant daily jogs and power walking. This gave him the definition shown in his legs.
Facial Structure - Other than his lack of an eye and one pure white eye Hogosha's face isn't much different from many others. He lacks scarring and has a perfect complexion, his cheek bones are strong and defined in a modelling sense. He has crystal white and perfectly aligned teeth.
Outfit - His jacket and trousers are tailored to fit him out of black leather. On his black leather jacket are several metal studs along the arms whilst across the chest and arms is a white pattern. The top underneath his jacket has the Union Flag upon it and around his neck sits a roughly placed mustard colored scarf. On his feet are comfortably fit black leather ninja boots, with his outfit he looks like a 'bad boy' but this more of an illusion to match up with his position of work.
[/font] W [/size][/color] History W[/size][/color][/center] Born in the land of thunder, Hogosha's life wasn't much different from that of most other ninja. His mother was born from the Hyuuga blood line while his father was from the Kamyuja blood line. Hogosha is one of the semi-rare cases where even with two bloodline parents he is without. Even his three siblings each obtained a blood limit straight away whereas the only real special thing abut him at birth was his complete lack of vision in his left eye.
From his birth to the age of 5 his life was slightly difficult with his limited vision. He constantly was walking into stuff with his poor perception of depth and his struggle to see great detail on objects. From the age of 6 though his vision began to strengthen in his right eye but it wasn't until the age of eight it became strong enough for him to enter into the academy. When in the academy he was neither top of the pile nor was he the bottom, in fact he was altogether an average ninja.
His ranking as an average student would continue till he graduated in the upper middle portion of his year. After graduation he was approached by a master sealist, ritualist and medic with an experimental offer to help him with his vision. He invited the three people back to his home where he would find only his mother in tears. On this day his father was dispatched for the land of fire and upon exiting the village his life was also dispatched. He was deemed a threat to the villages secrets due to his fathers nature, after comforting his mother and siblings he returned back to the three guests and through his own decision agreed to take the ritual and seal.
For a grueling six hours the ritual surgery would take place, his eye would be removed and replaced with a replacement seal eye. All in all the ritual and seal placement was a success and for the next week he would be hospitalized and taught the basic control of his eye. From the basic control over his eye he would be taken out of the shinobi roster and trained in special operations. In this training he would get taught almost everything about his new eye ritual and seal as well as other seals.
For the next few years he would work for the village as a sealing specialist and get trained to work as a more advanced seal user. Due to his skills the kagé decided to take him out of the special units and re instate him as a ninja. Being re instated as a ninja he was assigned to work closely with the kagé, what ever kagé be in power.

Rank: D, C, B, A, S Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user heals injuries that repairs physical damage. Special: --- Drawback: certain injuries may be impossible to cure or may take a long time to cure. The amount of chakra used is proportional to the injury required to be healed. Description: The user gathers chakra into their hands, creating a bright green glow around them. The user then forces the healing chakra into the body of the patient, healing physical damage. This technique requires three movements to heal a minor injury and six movements to heal a major injury, minus one for every rank in this technique above D the user possesses, to a minimum of one. Starting at B rank, the user is able to heal critical injuries with this technique. Healing a critical injury requires sixteen movements, minus one movement for every rank above B the user possesses. Remove one movement from this process for every difficulty rank above D the user possesses. Limit: Must be a medic, must know Gantai no Jutsu.
Seimei no Jutsu (Clean and Pure Technique) - 10 Tp
Rank: D Rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Cleans out a wound so that it can be bandaged and fixed properly. Special: --- Drawback: The technique is difficult to use on large wounds, requiring greater chakra precision to ensure a properly cleaned wound. Is not effective against poisons unless the technique is administered immediately on the area where the poison was entered, and only works on poisons which are placed upon items, and not poisons that are inhaled. Only removes Poisons D Rank or lower. Description: As everyone within the medical profession is aware, in order to stimulate proper healing without fear of infection, a wound, before healing, should be properly cleaned. In order to save patients from experiencing a greater amount of pain, a medical genius invented this technique. By channeling chakra through the hands, a clear white light envelops them. Then, channeling this white chakra into the wound, the user removes impurities within the wound, such as dirt and grime. It also works to actively remove bacteria in the area of the wound. Once completed, the wound is clean and ready to heal. This technique, as a side effect, helps reduce the visibility of scarring as a result of injury. One movement for every six inches is required. Limit: Medical Ninjutsu

Seal of Chains
Rank: C Type: Harmful (to opponent) History: This technique was created long ago by a group of monk ninja called the Mekuraban, who were well versed in the knowledge of seals. They looked for a way for Seals to be used readily in battle and they created many seals in this manner. This was the first of many.
The monks realized that the blood inside of their own bodies and the bodies of every other trained ninja was rich with chakra. These monks devised a way to mix their blood with ink so that they could write their seals on anything, their own bodies, the bodies of others, or the area around the opponent to create traps.
These ninja spent their whole lives devising hundreds of seals, although only a few have survived the test of time. The surviving scrolls have been carefully copied and are now in the libraries of every Hidden Ninja Village in the world. This seal in particular was heralded as possibly the easiest to learn and the one with the most uses.
Appearance: Seal of Chains This Seal is simply a line drawn across the enemy’s body. The Seal will restrict the movement of the body part it is drawn on.
-NOTE- this seal does not have to be drawn on a person’s skin; if the user draws it in the opponent’s clothes the same effect will occur.
Effect: This Seal only has One Stage: The Seal exists and has its effect, but will fade after sometime. This effect will last for a period of 15 posts in total. But after 12 posts the invisible weights will start to disappear and by 15 posts they will be gone.
Description: The user of this seal will paint with a brush or some other marking tool a line across an opponent’s limb. This limb will then be incapable of moving or being used. For example if the user paints the Seal on the opponent’s arms they will lie limp by the opponent’s sides. It is not as if the limbs are numb, they are just unusable. This effect will last for a period of 15 posts in total. But after 12 posts the invisible weights will start to disappear and by 15 posts they will be gone.
If the opponent tries to move their limb they will encounter an invisible weight that is proportional to how much force and strength they are using to try and lift or use the limb. This Seal has mainly been used to restrict movement of either the arms or the legs, sealing other parts of the body are awkward and therefore not used as much.
The Seal’s power and the amount of weight on the opponent depend solely on the level of skill of the seal drawer. The levels are as follows:
If the user is “D” Ranked- The weight is 400 lbs If the user is “C” Ranked- The weight is 450 lbs If the user is “B” Ranked- The weight is 500 lbs If the user is “A” Ranked- The weight is 550 lbs If the user is “S” Ranked- The weight is 600 lbs
Mixing the user’s blood with any kind of ink does this, the Seal’s power does not come from the type of ink or blood, but rather how the seal is drawn.
Placement Requirements: The user must beforehand, mix their blood with ink. They must have a bottle of ink prepared for the battle as trying to mix blood and ink during the battle will leave the user open to attack. The user must also be versed in the way the Seals of the Mekuraban are drawn, which can be done after learning the specific seal drawing jutsu.
Knowledge of the Mekuraban - 30Tp
Rank: C Skill: Supplementary Ninjutsu Effect: Before the user can learn to place or draw the Mekuraban Seals they must gain the knowledge of them. Special: None Drawback: None Description: The Seals of the Mekuraban are very wide and various, but to be able to use the Seals in battle the user must first gain the necessary knowledge. Limit: This technique is gained automatically after learning: Blood Ink Mixture, Seal Activation, and Seal Placement. After gaining this technique, the user will not have to learn it again to utilize any other Mekuraban Seal.
Blood Ink Mixture - 10Tp
Rank: D Skill: Supplementary Ninjutsu Effect: The user will learn how to make the mixture of blood and ink used in the Mekuraban seals. Special: Handseals after over the mixture: Snake, Dragon Drawback: This mixture can only be applied three times before it must be created again. Description: The user must take some of their blood, already naturally filled with their own natural chakra and mix it with ink. This in is simple mundane ink that is used in writing. The real power comes from the blood and the two handseals formed over the bottle of the mixture. The handseals must be formed over the mixture after is has been mixed together in a small bottle. Limit: After learning this technique, the user will not have to learn it again to utilize any other Mekuraban Seal.
Mekuraban Seal Drawing/Placement - 10Tp
Rank: D Skill: Ninjutsu/TaiJutsu Effect: The before the user can write the Mekuraban seal on a person or anything, they must first learn the special way how to draw the seals. Special: Requires Ink and some sort of painting or marking tool just to learn. When used in battle this technique requires a mixture of blood and ink. Drawback: None Description: Before the user can use the Mekuraban seals, they must first master the correct way of drawing the seals. This technique is rather easy to learn, as the proper way of drawing a Mekuraban seal is only slightly different than regular kanji drawing. The user must draw the kanji so that the ink stays wet for the most amount of time possible, and runs so that the kanji drawing won’t lose its power. Limit: After learning this technique, the user will not have to learn it again to utilize any other Mekuraban Seal.
Mekuraban Seal Activation - 10Tp
Rank: D Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user will learn exactly how to activate the Mekuraban seal they are utilizing. Special: Handseals after the Seal is placed: Dragon, Dog, Boar Drawback: None Description: After the user applies the Seal, they can wait as long as they want before actually activating it, adding a strategic value to any seal of the Mekuraban. After applying the seal the user must learn the handseals and the amount of chakra needed to activate the seal that has been drawn. Limit: After learning this technique, the user will not have to learn it again to utilize any other Mekuraban Seal.

Rank: "C" Rank Type: Neutral History: The Seal of Communication was created during the great Ninja war for purposes of covert communication. A simple way to communicate beyond the limitations of technology, this seal was created by Ryu Li, a master sealist from the land of grass. Being a Sealist, he wanted to create a way to communicate between two shinobi through Fuuinjutsu. He went about creating this seal with pure know how of the Sealing profession, he had absolutely help from the sound release. Soon after creation, Ryu brought his creation to the Feudal Lord of Grass. From that day on, Grass and their allies to communicate for short intervals at unlimited distances utilized the seal. But soon, after the technology revolution of the Shinobi world, this seal fell into disuse because of far more practical Communications devices. The easiest way to describe the seal of communications is that it was a victim of evolution, but even today the seal has many people who still use it regularly, but shun technology. Appearance: The appearance of the seal is simple, two intersecting bottomless triangles facing up and down with a circle in the middle. Effect: Once a seal is placed in more than one location, those seals can be used to communicate freely between parts of a battlefield, and even over long distances. Description: The seal works by understanding how sound vibrations move through a solid mass, the seal itself is a medium to transfer those vibrations through the object and transmit those vibrations to another seal. The receiving seal utilizes those vibrations, either broadcasting them like a speaker, or channeling them into a user’s ear. This seal is designed for short term communication rather than long conversations; although it can stay active for a long period of time with only minor chakra drain, it can only transmit the voice of one person at a time, and only for a few seconds (one post). If trying to transmit over long distances, the seal can still function but will require more chakra, about a C rank’s worth for every country away the receiver is, with a maximum transmit distance of two countries. Seals at up to five different locations can be connected, but only if placed by the same sealist. Connecting seals will result in broadcasts from each being heard at every location.
This seal can be used in two different ways. The first and simplest manner is that the seal can be placed on an object or surface, where it will act as both a receiver and transmitter. When active it will pick up any voices nearby, and when receiving from another seal it will broadcast the sound from the seal as if it were a speaker.
The other way the seal can be used, is very similar to the communications device technology in design. In this form the seal will be placed onto a person, directly behind their ear, on the inside of the bone there. The user will then need to learn an additional jutsu in order to be capable of using the seal in this form. Once they have learned how to use it, the user will be capable of receiving the vibrations directly from the seal, and being able to understand what is being said through using the sound release. The way this works is instead of the seal converting the vibrations into audible sound, the person can learn to understand the vibrations. The vibrations will come from the seal and directly affect the bone that it is placed on so close to the ear. Using the technique the user hears those vibrations and is then capable of understanding what is being said. In this form the seal will not broadcast any messages aloud, as the vibrations are being used directly by the person instead. In addition users will be able to speak softly, almost inaudible, and the seal will be able to pick it up still, because it will receiving the vibrations from the person’s vocal chords through the jaw bone. Placement Requirements: User must have the Sound Release, User must be a Sealist. Once the user has learned “Seal of Communication Understanding” and “Seal of Communication Placement”, they become capable of placing the seal. You still need to learn the appropriate techniques before you can use it.

Seal of Communication Activation And Usage - 10Tp
Rank: "D" Rank (30TP if you do not have Oto) Skill: Universal Ninjutsu Effect: Using their chakra, the user feeds it in to activate the seal itself. Special: ----- Drawback: ----- Description: Using a "D" Rank's worth of chakra, the user activates the seal to speak into and listen to. It only takes a very small bit of chakra to keep the seal activated, but if trying to speak over a great distance it takes a lot more chakra. C ranked for one country away, B ranked chakra drain for two countries away. Because the seal is doing the work, it is not actually necessary to have a knowledge of the sound release in order to activate and use it. Rank: "D" Skill: Supplementary Ninjutsu Effect: Using the sound release someone with a seal behind their ear can be capable of learning how to directly interpret the vibrations. Special: ----- Drawback: Must have knowledge of how the seal works as well as how to use it. Description: Utilizing the sound release to interpret and understand the vibrations emitting from the seal, a person is capable of understanding what is being said without actually hearing it aloud. Rank: B Type: Beneficial History: The history of this seal does not go back very far. In fact it is a relatively new thing. The ritual it goes along with has been around for ages though. Back during the last great ninja war, Zenryoku Axcel, a recent Kage of snow, had a father who was a powerful Mist Jounin. This jounin’s eye was injured during the war, causing him to lose sight in it. As a ninja he was too proud to allow this injury to turn into a crippling weakness however. He commissioned some of Mists best scientist who brought about the original ritual of removing the now useless eye to make room for new techniques. It was Zenryoku Axcels father however who created this seal itself. Feeling as though the enhancement given to him didn’t quite replace his eye, he set to experimentation, eventually creating the seal in its current state, and learning all of the techniques that go along with it. He is kind of the mastermind behind this entire creation. Zenryoku Axcels father immortalizing himself in a ritual and a seal to help the blind once again see the world in color. Appearance: This seal takes on the form of a tattoo within the eye socket of an eye that is engulfed in flames. When activated, a metallic eye that is filled with holes sits within the empty socket. Effect: This seal is used to summon the Lost-eye replacement. When activated a metallic eye that houses a small gem, and is covered in holes hovers within one’s now empty eye socket. This eye is used as a replacement for their old eye during combat and is used for various techniques. Description: The seal takes on the image of an eye engulfed in flames drawn on the back of the empty eye socket. This is usually placed once the initial ritual is completed. This seal allows one to bring forth a metallic eye they house elsewhere, to use in conjunction with their techniques. Most of the techniques it uses, light will sprout out from each hole in the eye. Basically it is used as a replacement eye for those who have had their removed. Placement Requirements: Must have the Utsurome Ritual done to have this Seal placed
Seal Jutsu

Rank: D Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Summons the eye from within the seal, and connects visual receptors to it like those learned in the Utsurome Joukei Special: A bit of chakra placed into the seal Drawback: Wastes a C rank amount of chakra for every turn it’s active. Description: Using ones knowledge of the Utsurome Joukei, they are able to use this new replacement eye much like that of their old eye. Obviously no doujutsu abilities apply, but they are now able to see completely as they did before. This “eye” is a metallic orb covered with holes that has a gem in the middle. The gem allows it to catch light, and with the visual receptors one has learned from the original Utsurome Joukei, they are able to use this eye in a similar fashion to their old one. Limit: Utsurome Joukei.
Seal Rituals
[/size] Utsurome Ritual (Empty Eye Ritual) - 30Tp
Rank: C Effects: Removes or replaces one of the recipients eyes with an empty socket and a new way of looking at the world. Special: Medical knowledge of a medical master (500 tp in medical techs), and someone who knows how to place the seal is required for this. Description: In the ninja world, a person's eyes are very important. They are probably our most used sense, and even though they can be deceived, usually your eyes tell you more about a situation then just about any other sense. So it stands that when a ninja injures his eye or eyes, he becomes a great deal less capable. He loses his peripheral vision to an extent making him have a bigger blind spot. Some groups have turned sightlessness into an advantage, but many have grown to rely upon it. Because of this reliance upon one's eyes, the ninja world put its heads together to come up with a solution (more history to come within the seal).
This ritual was derived from that loss of sight. The ninja world came together to create a way for those ninja who lost an eye in battle, or who just thought it useful, to see once again. Essentially this ritual removes the damaged or chosen eye, and cauterizes the socket. Then they place a chakra mechanized lid over the eye. This lid when the technique is used will open to reveal the empty eye socket. They created a myriad of techniques dealing with this socket along with a seal to be placed inside to help for a limited time. This ritual became a large success within the knowledge gaining ANBU divisions due to its low effort, and high results. Though the seal does not need to be placed, it is very rare to have it left out. Drawback: The removed eye loses all connections to its original human body. This makes it so when the users new seal based eye is not active they have weakened depth perception and less range of vision. When the seal based eye does activate one gains their normal vision back, but it consumes a C rank amount of chakra each turn (more to come with the actual seal technique). If you are a member of a Doujutsu then all of its powers are cut by half (i.e. Sharingan predicts half as many movements, Byakugan sees half as far etc.). Placement Requirements: Requires 1 metallic sphere about the size of your previous eye, a B class or higher medic for the original removal, and someone to place the seal after the medical procedure is complete. Rank: E Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Opens the lid covering ones empty eye socket Special: Just applying a small amount of chakra to the mechanism. Drawback: Cant be left open for long without something inside (see other techs) because dust will accumulate within, causing great pain and the inability to perform the techniques that go along with it. Description: when the ritual was done to the recipient and the eye was removed, a lid was placed over the empty eye socket. This lids appearance is at the bearer’s discretion to decide, but all of them need to have the ability to open so that other techniques that go with the ritual can be used. Limit: Must have had the Utsurome Ritual done to be able to learn. Utsurome Joukei (Lost-Eye Sight) - 80Tp
Rank: B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Allows the user to remove an eye from a dead body and view up to 3 hours into its past. Special: Removing an eye from a corpse and placing it in your empty eye socket. then holding a single handseal for the duration of viewing their experience. Drawback: One can only remember three of the memory “movies” they view. It acts almost like a hard drive. One may delete or overwrite any of the memories whenever they wish. Description: The person who learns this technique is now able to use the Utsurome Ritual’s true ability. When they find a corpse, usually the victim after a ninja battle, the user is able to remove one of their eyes, and place it within their own. Then connecting this new eye to their brain via chakra receptors, the user is able to view the last moments up until their death. General this time is about 3 hours. This is useful in that the user will now have an image of the murderer, and possibly a trail to follow, along with whatever other information is depicted. The eye gives a full visual, and is able to play a memory based recording of the event in the users mind. Once the technique is used once, the eye literally melts and falls out of the empty socket. It is impossible to keep a new eye in this empty socket no matter what. There would be no way for the user to sustain its life. The user is able to record up to 3 of these memories before they need to “delete” / overwrite to make room for new ones. Limit: Utsurome Ritual and an eye from the person you are viewing. Third Eye Seal
Rank: C Type: Beneficial History: This was a precursor to the Utsurome Seal. During all the research time the mist put into creating the much more powerful and useful eye replacer, many other experiments had been made. The Third eye seal was one of the less effective, but nonetheless fruitful results of those experimentation with replica techniques geared towards eyes. Though not the most coveted, and probably the most readily available, the Third Eye Seal found a niche as a spying and security technique. Due to its relative success, the creator of it branched out creating its brother seals in the Facial seal series. The mouth and ear seals became greatly used as communication devices, and the Nose seal…well, let’s just say that one was a bit of a black sheep. But they can’t all be winners. Appearance: When inactive the Seal looks like an outline of a closed eye. It is somewhat oval, with a line running horizontally across the center to symbolize the lid. It can be any size from big to small, but the smaller it is the less definition and area it can see, and the bigger it is, the more chance of it being noticed. Once activated it appears that the lid opens, removing the horizontal line from the center and replacing it with a circle in the perfect center of the eye. Some variations are allowed for artistic effects, but these generalities are always a must. Effect: Placement of this seal allows the user to use the Third Eye of Enlightenment technique to view through the seal. The main problem is that while in use, one user sacrifices the vision from one eye. This technique has always been used as a spying technique, or as a seal to be placed over an eye patch in place of someone’s actual eye which will sacrifice the damaged or lost eyes vision for the seals requirement. Description: This seals allows the user to infuse their blood into it with some of their chakra at placement. This allows the user to develop a type of bond with the seal. It allows them to, over great distances, view the area that the seal is placed within. They can view it with whatever skills their eyes have to offer, and with just as good a clarity as if they were there. The big drawback to this seal is the loss of sight while it is active. The user will lose their ability to see out of one of their eyes while viewing through this seal. Some have turned this into a somewhat moot point, by using it in place of an old injured or damaged eye by placing it on their eye patch or covering. It takes an almost insignificant amount of chakra to view through the seal or place it. The seal itself does have some advantages over a normal eye. Though it can be obstructed, dirt and dust do not irritate it and generally will be whipped away with each use. Also, being that it does not have a direct connection to the persons mind genjutsu that require eye contact cannot work solely against this seal eye even if it is in use. This does not prevent their normal eye from being effected should it be in range, and mind effecting tech that effect sight, but don’t need to be caused through a sight based connection will still effect this seals sight. Placement Requirements: Just the users chakra and a bit of blood.

The user can only see through one seal at a time Description: This technique allows the user to deaden the optic receptors within one of their eyes, and instead reattach them over a long distance through their chakra to connect to one of their seals. With this they are able to use the seal as if it was one of their eyes. It is acceptable to “sacrifice” the site of a damaged or lost eye to use this so as not to sacrifice their bad eye. The chakra it takes when actually viewing through the seal is negligible. Limit: No Shitakuma clan members may use this. Rank: C Type: Beneficial History: See “Third Eye Seal” Appearance: The seal while inactive looks very much like your average ear shape. When active nothing much changes, but sometimes it might appear to twitch faintly. This twitch is very difficult to notice and is generally attributed to a trick of the light. Effect: Placement of this seal allows the user to use the Third Ear of the Rat technique. Description: When placing the seal, the user’s blood combined with their chakra fuse to create a link to the user. Through this link the user is able to establish a connection between his ear drum and the seal itself. Through this connection the user is able to hear everything in the area of the ear as if his natural ear was there. Sound based genjutsu do not effect this ear as there is no direct connection to the users mind for it to take effect, but sound based techniques can affect it if they are geared to harm such as loud shouting etc. Placement Requirements: Just the users chakra and a bit of blood.

Rank: A Type: Harmful History: This seal has had a long and tiring history. It was developed long ago before many of the smaller ninja villages were established. It has been lost as to which village began the practice of using this seal, but many believe its origin to be in the land of thunder. It is known however that it was developed as a tool for anbu wolves, to assist them in areas dealing with the time after an interrogation.
The purpose of his creation is to make a type of work release program, wherein the convicted felon is allowed to roam free, do work for the village or place he is assigned, and not waste resources watching them. They will be monitored by their own conscience, though with a bit of persuasion added onto it. This plan will not only change criminals and murderers alike into valuable resources for tasks, but ones that further resources don’t have to be wasted on.
For many years this technique has been used, and over the course of time people have brought its knowledge to other places, whether that be through knowing it and passing on the teachings, or having it, and finding a loophole in ones programming and letting others derive its abilities from study. It is truly a tool to help the world root out malcontents, and those of a questionable nature.
Appearance: The seal takes on the appearance of a lightning bolt passing through a ring in all of its stages. The only differences between the inactive and the active stage are that the ring in the active stage seems to expand, as if little bolts of lightning are shooting off of it, in an animated little scene. The user’s appearance may change slightly in the active stage as well. While active the electrical shock being administered to the recipient will possibly make their eyes glow, and maybe burn their skin slightly.
Effect: In the main and dormant stage there is zero effect other then allowing for directives to be implemented into the bearer via the Directive Creation technique. These directives, when gone against by the seal bearer activate the seal and force it to go into stage 1
Stage 1 of the seal is the one with an actual effect. When a directive is breached in stage 0, the seal will activate, and produce its debilitating effect. It will absorb large amounts of chakra from the bearer’s body, converting it to electrical energy thus shocking the opponent to unconsciousness, or obedience once more. This effect and its stipulations are explained more within the description section.
Description: The dormant stage of the seal, s nothing more then an ordinary tattoo, placed on the recipients body in ink. Once this seal is placed, it allows for a connection between the user and the bearer that will be accessible through the Directive Creation technique. A directive is basically a set rule that the bearer is not allowed to break. The maximum amount of directives per seal bearer is four. These directives are placed in the back of the opponents mind, almost like a dark patch. The bearer will know that something is there, but based on whether or not the creator wishes them to know, they may not know what the specifics of the directives are. Whether or not the directives are known to the bearer of the seal, it matters not. Once the seal and directives are in place, if the bearer should go against one of those directives, the stage 1 version of the seal will activate. There is no other way to activate it.
Once stage one activates, the seal will begin to absorb large amounts of chakra from the bearer. Because of this energy absorption, no technique equal to or higher then your class level may be used (ex. a B rank ninja cant use any technique above C rank). As this energy is absorbed, it will be converted by the seal into a type of neural impulse. This impulse will cause a debilitating surge to the brains synapses, causing the loss of all motor functions, and an extremely powerful headache. This effect will last until the bearer either stops violating his directives or until they are out of chakra. The bearer will run out of chakra within 2 posts of activation, causing unconsciousness. If they decide to continue on following their directives, they will be spared the pain any further, and will be allowed to continue as normal, but as soon as the directives are breached again, they will be subjected to its effects once more. It is in all reality a type of shock collar. Once someone moves outside its parameters, it delivers negative reinforcement to create obedience.
Placement Requirements: Must know the placement Technique, Must know the technique Directive Creation. User must have the Raiton release to place this. The seal can be placed on anyone within limits of the placement technique, but to create the directives under which it activates, the seal recipient must be willing to accept them at the time of creation. Must get the OOC permission of Kinz to learn.
Directive Seal Placement - 20Tp
Rank: C Skill: Passive Effect: The user uses their knowledge gained by studying the seal itself, and then uses it to place the seal upon the recipient. Special: handseals, after drawing the tattoo on the bearers body Drawback: None, but the directives need to be put into place before any effects of the seal can be seen. Description: The user takes their knowledge of the seal, and then use that to place the tattoo upon someone else with a combination of ink and chakra. Limit: Must have knowledge of the directive seal, must learn the process from either Rowidren or someone he’s taught.
Directive Creation - 70 Tp
Rank: B Skill: Universal Ninjutsu Effect: Creates the directives within the back of the bearers mind. Giving them the guidelines for obedience. Special: Handseals, and then hold your hand to the recipients forehand. Drawback: These are very finicky. The wording needs to be just so, or else loopholes will be present. Directives may only be one sentence long at most, and one bearer may have a maximum of 4 directives. The recipient must be willing to accept the first set of directives, afterwards their directive may be edited and changed with the various techniques without consent as long as the limitations on the deletion technique and creation technique are followed. There are ways to remove the directives, with certain mental techniques, but the bearer has an ingrained directive not to remove them, Meaning someone else would have to perform the technique. Description: After the placement of the seal upon the recipient, the user must make a mental note in the back of their brains. By keeping hand contact with the recipient’s forehead, the user will implant at maximum 4 directives that are to be followed by the bearer of the seal. Should they be broken, the seal activates and the bearer is subject to all the adverse effects. The directives may only be simple commands such as “uphold the law”, “Don’t murder”, or “Protect the innocent”. Many directives are vague enough for loopholes, so the user needs to choose them carefully. Many users tend to hide the directives particulars from the bearer, so that they cant work out a loophole mentally for themselves. Many Yamanaka, and other mental clans have been known to disable these kind of mental suggestions with various amnesia causing techniques, but due to an automatic fifth directive, are unable to perform such a feet upon themselves. Limit: Must know of the directive seal, and the placement technique.
Directive Deletion - 20 Tp
Rank: C Skill: Universal Ninjutsu Effect: Deletes a directive that has been placed upon the bearer of the seal. Allowing for different or new directives to be placed. Special: Handseals, and placing your hand on the persons forehead Drawback: None Description: The user is able to read, decipher and then nullify the effect of a single directive. This takes away that directives ability to influence the seal, and opens room for a new directive. Limit: Must know seal placement, and Directive Creation Technique.
Seal Alert - 20 Tp
Rank: C Skill: Passive Effect: Alerts the creator of the directives in a bearers seal, of either seal activation, or directive tampering, and the general location (approximate country) in which it is occurring. Special: an extra handseal during seal placement and directive creation. Drawback: To use this, the creator must have added an extra handseal during the seals creation so that the alert will trigger. Meaning if it is unknown at creation of the seal, it can never be implemented. Description: Through creating a type of mental alert system, as soon as the seal activates a signal is sent to the creators brain. It is like a whole bunch of red alerts going off. It’s impossible to pin point the area that the alert is coming from, but you can gain a general direction and distance (within 2000 meters). From there the user would have to track the bearer to find him further. The alert doesn’t debilitate the user in any way. Limit: Must know the placement technique, and the directive creation technique.

Special: --- Drawback: --- Description: User splits off a small piece of their soul it gathers up energy creating a small copy of themselves. This technique lasts for approximately 4 hours per class level. By casting this technique the user makes a 3 inch copy of themselves as it looks, thinks, and acts just like the user. It uses the same movements and handseals speed, however it's 3 inches so the strength is nowhere near the same. It's voice is much like a whisper when shouting. It cannot perform any techniques except Searing Soul, and the distance is only 1 meter in length, and does extremely less damage. User may only make one Soul Sliver at a time and it has a copy of the same gear as the user. When the Soul Sliver disappears, the gear disappears. When it is killed the Soul returns back to the user while all information is gathered. If killed the user suffers as if their soul was attacked. Limit: Must be a Soulcaster.
